  • Provide guidance to customer when making a police report
  • Provide guidance to customers in lodging an insurance claim to insurers
  • Provide 3rd party claim advice on legal assistance to customers.
  • Provide guidance on mitigate measures before, during and after a loss (burglary, fire, death)
  • Assist to assign panel workshops to attend to customers’ car that are affected by accident and are still driveable.
  • Assist to assign adjusters that are on the approved panel of the insurer for those claim cases reported to the centre by the customers.
  • Provide advisory service to customers on cases that could be litigations (3rd party claims) in nature
  • Provide emergency household assistance like water pipes bursting, loss of house keys

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU MEET WITH AN ACCIDENT?

Damage to your car in an accident

  • Make police report within 24 hours
  • If car can be driven, drive to the nearest Insurance Company’s panel workshop
  • If cannot be driven, allow panel workshop to tow to their workshop
  • Submit the required documents to the workshop
  • Workshop will report to your insurance company

Theft of your car

  • Make a police report within 24 hours
  • Notify your insurance company
  • Submit the required documents

Damage or breakage to your car windscreen

  • Drive to your insurance company’s panel workshop near you
  • Workshop will notify your insurance company and do the necessary submission of documents
  • Once repaired or replaced, take delivery of your car

No-Fault damage to your car (Knock for Knock damage)

  • Make police report within 24 hours
  • Call one of your insurance company’s panel workshop nearest to you
  • Drive to the selected panel workshop
  • If cannot be driven, allow panel workshop to tow to their workshop
  • Submit the required documents to the workshop
  • Workshop will report to your
    insurance company

Total loss to your car due to accident

  • Make police report within 24 hours
  • Call one of your insurance company’s panel workshop nearest to you
  • Allow panel workshop to tow to their workshop
  • Submit the required documents to the workshop
  • Workshop will report to your insurance company

Accident to third party property (no damage to your car)

  • Make police report within 24 hours on how accident happened and include third party details, if involved.
  • Notify your insurance company
  • Submit the required documents.

  • A copy of Hire Purchase Agreement
  • A copy of Invoice for newly registered vehicle
